About the JSON to Base64
The document is minified before encoding, so the result is as short as it can be. Both the standard alphabet and the URL-safe one are shown - the latter is what a JWT payload uses.
Base64 is an encoding, not encryption. Anyone can decode it instantly, so it hides nothing.

No. This tool runs entirely in your browser using standard web APIs, so your document never leaves your device. You can confirm it by opening your browser's network panel while the tool runs, or by disconnecting from the internet after the page has loaded.
