Terms of use
Plain terms for a free service. Using the site means you accept them.

The service
ToolSuite provides free file and text utilities. No account is required and no contractual service level is offered: the site may be unavailable, may change, and may remove a tool at any time.
Your content
You keep every right in the files and text you process. No ownership is claimed over them and no licence to them is taken. Files uploaded to the server tools are used solely to produce your result and are deleted automatically, as described in the privacy page.
You are responsible for having the right to process what you submit. Only upload files you own or are authorised to modify.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to:
process material you have no right to process; attempt to circumvent digital rights management, licensing or access controls on a file; upload malware or content designed to exploit the service; automate requests at a volume that degrades the service for others; probe, scan or attack the infrastructure; or break any law that applies to you.
Tools that remove a PDF password or its restrictions are provided for documents you own or are authorised to modify. They require the file to be openable and are not a way around protection on someone else’s document.
Limits
File size, page count, duration and request rate limits apply and may change without notice. They exist to keep the service responsive and are enforced automatically.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Conversion between file formats is approximate by nature: layout, fonts, colour profiles and metadata can change. Always check the result before relying on it, and always keep your original file.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss of data, profit or business arising from use of this free service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The site’s own name, design and code belong to its operator. Third-party open-source components remain under their own licences, which are listed on the licences page. Any other product names mentioned - file formats, applications, standards - belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. No affiliation or endorsement is claimed.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above shows the current version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
