About the Passport Photo Layout Maker
The sheet is built in millimetres and converted at the chosen resolution, so each photograph comes out the exact physical size the application requires. Thin grey lines mark where to cut.
Print at actual size. Letting the print dialog "scale to fit" or "fit to page" changes the dimensions and is the single most common reason a home-printed photograph is rejected.
This handles the layout and the sizing. It does not judge whether your photograph meets the rules - background colour, head height within the frame, expression, glasses and shadows are all assessed by the issuing authority, and the requirements differ by country. Check the official guidance before relying on a submission.

No. This tool runs entirely in your browser using standard web APIs, so your image never leaves your device. You can confirm it by opening your browser's network panel while the tool runs, or by disconnecting from the internet after the page has loaded.
Is it free, and do I need an account?
Yes, it is free, and there is no account, no sign-up and no watermark on the result. The project is funded by optional donations.
