About the Compare Two CSV Files

Rows are compared as whole records, so the order of the rows does not matter - only whether an identical row exists in the other file.

Header differences are reported separately, because a renamed column makes every row look changed and the real cause is one line.

For comparing the same records field by field rather than as whole rows, sort both files by their key column first.
