About the Remove Duplicate Lines
Order is preserved - this is not a sort. The lines you keep stay exactly where they were, which matters when the list is a log, a queue or anything else where sequence carries meaning.
Turning off case sensitivity treats "Email@example.com" and "email@example.com" as the same line. That is usually right for email addresses and domains, and wrong for anything case-significant such as identifiers or passwords.
