About the INI Formatter
INI has no specification, so this uses the widely adopted Node implementation: square-bracket sections, key=value pairs, and dotted section names producing nesting.
Because parsers disagree, always check the result against the tool that will read the file.

No. This tool runs entirely in your browser using standard web APIs, so your document never leaves your device. You can confirm it by opening your browser's network panel while the tool runs, or by disconnecting from the internet after the page has loaded.
