About the Cookie Parser
Both directions are handled: a `Cookie` request header with several name=value pairs, and a `Set-Cookie` response header with one cookie and its attributes.
Missing HttpOnly, missing Secure and an absent or contradictory SameSite are each reported with the consequence rather than just the name of the attribute.
