About the Join CSV Columns

The joined column is added at the end. The originals are removed unless you keep them, which is usually what you want when building a full name or an address line.

No. This tool runs entirely in your browser using standard web APIs, so your data never leaves your device. You can confirm it by opening your browser's network panel while the tool runs, or by disconnecting from the internet after the page has loaded.
