About the CSV to Markdown Table

Pipes inside a value are escaped, which is the one thing that reliably breaks a hand-written Markdown table.

The alignment row is emitted with colons, so the table renders the way you intend on GitHub, GitLab and most static site generators.

No. This tool runs entirely in your browser using standard web APIs, so your data never leaves your device. You can confirm it by opening your browser's network panel while the tool runs, or by disconnecting from the internet after the page has loaded.
