About the Remove Empty CSV Rows

Blank rows at the end of a file are the usual cause of a phantom empty record appearing after an import. Exports from spreadsheet applications produce them routinely.

A row with any content at all is kept, so rows with gaps are not removed - use the blank cell report to find those.
