About the Text Splitter
Each part is offered as a separate download, numbered in order, so a long export can be fed to a system with an upload limit.
Character splitting cuts at the exact count and does not respect word boundaries. If you need whole words, split by word count instead.
The output is capped at 2,000 parts to keep the browser responsive.

Is your text uploaded to a server?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser using standard web APIs, so your text never leaves your device. You can confirm it by opening your browser's network panel while the tool runs, or by disconnecting from the internet after the page has loaded.
Is it free, and do I need an account?
Yes, it is free, and there is no account, no sign-up and no watermark on the result. The project is funded by optional donations.
