About the Split Text by Lines
Most bulk import screens cap the number of rows per upload. Splitting a list into fixed batches is the usual way around that, and keeping the batch size well under the cap leaves room for the header row.

No. This tool runs entirely in your browser using standard web APIs, so your text never leaves your device. You can confirm it by opening your browser's network panel while the tool runs, or by disconnecting from the internet after the page has loaded.
