About the Unix Timestamp Converter
The input format is detected from its shape: 10 digits are read as seconds, 13 as milliseconds, 16 as microseconds and 19 as nanoseconds. Anything else is parsed as a date string.
Results are shown in UTC and in your own time zone, because timestamp bugs are almost always time zone bugs.
A Unix timestamp counts seconds since 1 January 1970 UTC and ignores leap seconds. Signed 32-bit storage overflows on 19 January 2038, which is why timestamp columns should be 64-bit.
