About the Regex Replace

Replacement strings support the full JavaScript syntax: `$1` for the first group, `$<name>` for a named group, `$&` for the whole match and `$$` for a literal dollar sign.

Reordering a date, normalising a phone format or stripping a prefix from every line of a list are all one substitution here.
