About the Viewport Size Viewer
The viewport is the area a page can actually draw in. It is smaller than the screen by the browser interface and any scrollbar, and it is what CSS media queries respond to.
The scrollbar width is worth knowing: on Windows a classic scrollbar takes 15 to 17 pixels out of the viewport, which is why a layout can be fine on macOS and overflow on Windows at the same window size.
The breakpoint shown matches the default Tailwind scale, which is close enough to most frameworks to be a useful reference.
