HTML Live Preview
Write HTML and see it render immediately in an isolated frame.
Your result will appear here as soon as you add some input.
How to use it
- 1Type or paste HTML into the editor.
- 2The preview updates as you type.
- 3Everything renders inside a sandboxed frame that cannot reach this page.
About the HTML Live Preview
The preview is an iframe with `sandbox="allow-scripts"` and deliberately without `allow-same-origin`. That combination puts the document on an opaque origin: it cannot read this page, its cookies or its storage, cannot make credentialed requests, and cannot navigate the tab.
Scripts run inside the frame, so interactive markup works - but confined to the frame.
Nothing is uploaded. The markup exists only in this tab.
Questions people ask
Is it safe to paste code I found somewhere?
Safer than running it anywhere else, because the frame is isolated from this page and from your session on other sites. It is still code you have not read - the isolation protects this page, not your judgement.
Is any of this information sent anywhere?
No. Every value is read from your browser by JavaScript running in this page and displayed locally. Nothing is transmitted, logged or stored.
Is it free, and do I need an account?
Yes, it is free, and there is no account, no sign-up and no watermark on the result. The project is funded by optional donations.
