About the Markdown Live Preview

GitHub Flavored Markdown is used, so tables, task lists, strikethrough and fenced code blocks all work.

The generated HTML is passed through DOMPurify before it is rendered or shown. That is belt and braces - the frame is already isolated - but it means the HTML output is safe to paste into your own page.

The line break option is the difference between GitHub comments, where a single newline breaks the line, and standard Markdown, where it does not.

No. Every value is read from your browser by JavaScript running in this page and displayed locally. Nothing is transmitted, logged or stored.
