About the Mouse Coordinate Viewer

Client coordinates are measured from the top left of the viewport. Page coordinates include the scroll offset. Screen coordinates are measured from the corner of the display.

Using the wrong one is why a tooltip or a drag handle drifts away from the pointer once the page is scrolled.
